  1. Does Santa’s Posse serve Cowlitz County?
    Santa’s Posse serves all of Clark County, WA, but we do not extend into Cowlitz County.  If you are outside of Clark County, please contact your local chamber, churches, non-profits, etc to find a program in your area.
  2. Where can I get the most recent updates for events?
    Annual events are posted on our website in the Press Release section.  Events and real-time updates are also posted on the Santa’s Posse Facebook page and Twitter feed.
  1. How can I sign up myself/my children/a family?
     To get assistance from our program check with the school your child(ren) attend to see if they are referring families. If we have not reached our limit of 900 families after December 2, 2016 we will be open for referrals.  You will be asked to call (360) 397-2211 ext. 1718 at that time.
  2. How many families/children are served?
    Due to generous corporate and private donations we are able to provide Christmas to 900 families in 2016, that's more that 3,100 children!
  3. Who do I contact if there is a problem OR I do not receive my delivery?
    We will post a phone number to call on our December 19, 2016, That number will be located on our Facebook page and our website.

Donating & Volunteering
  1. Do you accept clothing/coats?
    We accept only NEW clothes, coats, hats, gloves, and socks.
  2. What should I donate?
    Needs change from year to year.  We accept non-perishable food items, new toys, new clothing items such as socks, sweat shirts, coats, gift cards, cash, checks, and PayPal donations.
  3. Is my donation tax deductible?
    Yes, we're a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization our tax ID # is 91-2041832.
  4. Where can I drop off my donations?
    Clark County Sheriff’s Office's located at 707 W 13th St, Vancouver or 505 NW 179th St, Ridgefield and other locations can be found on our Donate page under Donation Drop-Off Sites here:
  5. What is the deadline for donating items/cash?
    Drop off barrels are generally picked up a week before the big wrapping event and it helps us if all donations are received by that pick up date.  We have no deadline for cash donations.  Cash is accepted any time during the year and will be applied toward the upcoming season.
