📝NOTES FROM SANTA'S POSSE

Santa’s Posse Donation Needs

The holiday season will soon be here but for some of us, it is in full swing. We are already working hard at getting everything in place to provide gifts and food boxes for 1,500 families this year. We welcome donations to help make this happen. This year, we would appreciate new unwrapped toy donations for children ages 6 to 10-years-old, considerably for 9 to 10 years-old, as well as family games. Also, food donations are needed and appreciated. Our families are always in need of protein-based nonperishables such as peanut butter, canned meat, soups, and stews.

Volunteer Help Needed

Santa’s Posse is gearing up for its 26th year providing Christmas gifts and food for 1,500 families this year. Our community partners are readying their referrals for assistance.

Our greatest need for volunteer help is on delivery day – Sunday, December 17th beginning at 8:00 am. We learned that filling the delivery bags with unwrapped toys gives parents a chance to be part of their child’s gift giving and allows us to provide some personalization for the gift being placed in the bag.  So, we no longer have the wrap night. Please come help us deliver to 1,500 families this year!

Sign up on our volunteer registry; while not required to participate, you will get email updates about Delivery Day.  Thanks again for all your support. We could not do this without you!
